The excavators have started digging the foundations for the Edenblick development on Lutisbachweg. By 2026, 90 condominiums with 2.5 to 5.5 rooms will be built here in ten buildings.
When excavators drive up, facts are made. At the beginning of October, the heavy machinery terraced the hill and began excavating for the first underground garages.
The excavation work for the construction pits for the first houses is expected to be completed by the end of January 2024. The underground pipes will then be laid and preparations made for the construction of the underground garages.
